We do not distribute prints of films released domestically in the USA, but offer alternative versions of films to the serious collector. Our master prints originate from sources outside the U.S. and are not subject to the jurisdiction of American copyright laws. We do not copy or distribute DVD copies or newly released materials.

We do not carry any banned or illegal material so do not ask!

TRASH-ONLINE is not considered a pirate operation because the section of American copyright known as the “Berne Act” clearly states that films unreleased in the U.S, including original versions of films altered and/or edited for release in the USA, are not protected by American copyright. Thus, they are considered public domain (the copyrights on the films have expired or the films are contributed to the public for viewing without charge or royalties). We do not knowingly infringe on any copyrighted materials. If we find that any of our titles are under copyright, and that they have slipped past our research due to multiple naming of the said title or other error we immediately remove the titles.
